Seattle Ramen Guide -part 1

Ramen is different from instant noodles, this is the first thing. the second one is, the soup of Ramen requires a complicated procedure to do it, it's not like other ordinary noodle soup.

Eddie suddenly fell in love with Ramen, so he decided to search for restaurant that sells Ramen. He started with this website WORLD RAMEN. and since I am the "search Queen," I later on discovered a fantastic website called JINA (Japanese in American) that lists many Japanese business, including hair salon (this is also what i need from japanese) and restaurants. My opinion is, living in the US, there are certain things you do need to depend on Japanese.
So, this is my list of Japanese restuarnts that sell Ramen. I believe there are lots more waiting for us to discover, hahahaha....... (fade out)

1. MAMA SAN
131 106th Av NE Bellevue, WA 98004
This is an interesting restaurant, it works like a normal Japanese restaurant during lunch time, however, acts like a Japanese Nite Club in the evening. it has weird dinner time starts from 8:30pm, customers mostly are single males, and you'll see waitress dressed up sitting with these guys and chatting. now i think any asian that has common sense knows what i am trying to say here. My suggestion is, if you want to taste Ramen only, go there during lunch time, it's cheaper. If you want to chat with waitress, visit there after 8:30pm and don't bring any female with you. Overall, Eddie loves their Ramen and rated them #1 for quite a while until we found Koji Osaka.(which is also tasty and cheaper)

2. Aki
4520 200th St.SW, Lynnwood WA
This store is pretty far, and I mistakenly ordered a miso Ramen that I didn't like. However it is still an option if you are near that area. the interier of the store is kinda cute, and they do have a variety of different noodles including Korean food on their menu. But I do like their Japanese comics book selection, not a great collection but has some essentials.

to be continued...
